Three On Thursday!

Welcome to the third and most exciting edition of Three on Thursday to date.
I am just giddy with today's topic which is one of my favorite topics to mull over.
TOYS! TOYS!TOYS!
My sons will be six in October and I am so excited to be reaching that big boy level in which many toys of my dreams are categorized. The prospect of reaching this level can be daunting for me. Right now Legos and blocks have been all the rage and we have progressed in levels with these types of toys. But now I can venture into new territory. The six and up level.... today I will share three toys on my wish list: Playshapes: 74 wooden blocks
My heart is seriously breaking right now. The price tag on these blocks is around 150$! This should be criminal. I don't think my heart's desire for them will ever be fulfilled! What a killjoy!
On to the next item! If you could have felt my heart swoon after a conversation with Yeshua last week your own heart would have burst with joy. I was teaching him to clean his bathroom when he asks,
Mommy, why can't I see the germs I am cleaning?
I respond, Because your eyes are not strong enough.
How can I see the germs, Mama?
You would need a microscope honey.
And then he melted my heart when he said, Can I have a microscope, Mama?
And of course the answer is yes!
Fingers crossed we are raising independent thinkers!

And the last toy is one that has been on my wish list for some years now! I secretly have wanted this market since the boys were toddlers. I am not sure Mr. Potts would approve of yet another big toy in the house. But the boys have a growing interest in money and often like to play store. I think this is the perfect time to introduce this little market of my dreams!

Well, that is all folks! I am like a kid in a candy store right now. Sugared up with excitement. I am off to do some virtual window shopping!!

Till next time!!
