December Daily (day 12)


Part of getting ready for my special day means getting into a cute southwest inspired frock so I am setting a long-term get fit goal. I am gonna take it slow and start with a 30-day personal commitment. I have set a few goals.

1.) eat 1600 calories a day

2.) walk 30 minutes daily and do the You work out three days per week.

3.) Be asleep by midnight and up by sunrise.


Tonight I want to jot down a 1600 calorie meal plan for tomorrow.

B) Kashi bar with and apple and coffee. (270)
L) Half a sandwich with chips and a ginger ale. (450)
---bread, 1 tsp mayo, 2 slices turkey, 1 slice cheese, lettuce and tomato.
D) Tortilla Soup (3 cups, 500)

S) bag of popcorn (40), 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 1 tsp honey and toast (175), tea, 1 tsp honey and 2 tbsp creamer (100) x3
