Where did the dinosaurs go?

If you ask Yeshua he will have a answer for you!
Today he told me that an asteroid came to earth and all of the small dinosaurs became birds and flew away before the fireball came. Then humans came and the Earth turned green on land and blue in water.
I thought that sounded pretty smart for a five year old entering Kindergarten in two weeks.
My kiddos were cuties all day long.

Gideon drew a lion and gave him a pretty land to live in with a sun, clouds, a rainbow, flowers and trees.

And Molly went to her friends house for an hour while Mr. Potts and I prepared lunch with Gideon and Yeshua while jamming out to They Might Be Giants. Yeshua danced almost the entire time except when he helped make the quinoa and while he drew a scene out of Space Harrier. I have been impressed with the boys' drawing skills lately. I remember a year ago when I sent them to pre-k they were both still in the scribble stage.

Our afternoon was just as awesome as our morning. We watched Beetlejuice and the kids got a good tickle out of it. Then we walked to Sonic for dessert. All in all a good Sunday at our house!
P.S. This is my fave song by They Might Be Giants!

Soundtrack Of The Year:2010

In March I declared Jack Johnson our artist of the year. I noticed we had nine albums of his on our hard drive and we needed a bit of happiness in our life so soundtrack of the year they will be. I am amazed how much I can relate to his lyrics sometimes its like he speaks to my soul. So we start and end each day with a bit of Jack. Everyone has their faves! Just now I was randomly picking songs of his and playing them one at a time. Joey and I are doing our normal thing he on the PS3 me getting my scrap on when I played a song I don't remember hearing until now. As it started I started thinking how much it reminded me of us and when it ended Joey says, "Aw! Its our song!" That's big!! We are not the mushy type! So I guess its official we have a song.....

OK, gotta go, Our cuddle monkey is up and looking for his mama!!
